Meditation just might be one of the simplest ways to let your brain recharge. That’s not to say that it’s easy, kicking your brain out of your head for a few minutes can be quite a challenge, but the benefits are well worth it. I’ve posted about meditation before, but Asapscience has put together a great little video extolling the health benefits for your brain and body that sums things up quite nicely. So take a minute to sit back, take a deep breath or two, then read a few more comics before getting back to work.
