Ok, So I’m pretty sure that meditation is supposed to be good for you. Calming, relaxing, focusing your thoughts and intentions for the day, the week, your life. But for some reason it doesn’t always feel like it works. At least according to this article from iflScience.com I’m not totally alone. Apparently, even those with extensive experience in meditation get distracted. Nice to know that if my thoughts are wandering my brain is being active, even if it may be plotting to kill me.
